Colin James Farrell (Dublin, 31 de maio de 1976) é um ator irlandês. Estrelou filmes como Minority Report, Alexandre, Miami Vice, O Novo Mundo e Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, S.W.A.T.. Em 2009 venceu o Globo de Ouro de Melhor Ator em Comédia ou Musical pelo seu papel de Ray no filme In Bruges. Em 2001, Farrell interpretou o papel de Jesse James em American Outlaws. O ator depois protagonizou o filme Phone Booth (2002), que o uniu novamente ao diretor Schumacher. Ao longo do tempo Colin trabalhou com diretores como Steven Spielberg em Minority Report (2002).
