Sam Rockwell (Daly City, 5 de novembro de 1968) é um ator estadunidense. Ele fez sua estréia como ator quando tinha dez anos, ao lado de sua mãe, e mais tarde frequentou a J Eugene McAteer High School em um programa chamado SOTA. Ainda no ensino médio, ele teve sua primeira grande chance quando apareceu no filme independente Clownhouse (1989). Em 2017, seu desempenho como um policial problemático no filme "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing", Missouri, rendeu-lhe o Oscar de Melhor Ator Coadjuvante, o BAFTA, Critics Choice, Globo de Ouro, Independent Spirit e Screen Actors Guild na mesma categoria.
