Dame Julia Elizabeth Andrews (DBE), mais conhecida como Julie Andrews, é uma atriz, cantora e escritora britânica em cinema e teatro. Ela recebeu os prêmios Globo de Ouro, Emmy, Grammy, BAFTA, People's Choice Award, Theatre World Award, Screen Actors Guild e Academy Award. Julie foi atriz e cantora infantil na Inglaterra e estreou na Broadway em 1954 com The Boy Friend, e ganhou destaque estrelando outros musicais na Broadway como My Fair Lady e Camelot e filmes musicais em Hollywood como Mary Poppins (1964), com o qual ganhou o Oscar de Melhor Atriz e A Noviça Rebelde (1965): papéis pelos quais ela ainda é mais conhecida. Sua voz, que originalmente media quatro oitavas, foi danificada por uma operação na garganta em 1997.
