Ethan Green Hawke (Austin, 6 de novembro de 1970) é um ator, escritor e cineasta norte-americano. Já foi indicado quatro vezes ao Oscar, duas na categoria de Melhor Ator Coadjuvante, por Training Day e Boyhood, e duas na categoria de Melhor Roteiro Adaptado pelos filmes Before Sunset e Before Midnight, que lhe renderam fama e aclamação da crítica. Foi casado com a atriz Uma Thurman. Ele a conheceu nos bastidores do filme Gattaca (1997) e tem, com ela, um casal de filhos. Em 2000, interpretou Hamlet em uma versão moderna da obra homônima de Shakespeare, dirigida por Michael Almereyda.
