Anjelica Susan Huston (Santa Mônica, 8 de julho de 1951) é uma premiada atriz, diretora, produtora, escritora, dubladora e ex-modelo norte-americana, conhecida mundialmente por estrelar como Mortícia Addams em A Família Addams e sua sequência A Família Addams 2. Huston foi a terceira geração de sua família a receber um Óscar, quando ganhou o prêmio de Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante por sua atuação em Prizzi's Honor de 1985. Ela se juntou ao pai, e ao avô, o ator Walter Huston, para obter esse econhecimento. Ela recebeu outras indicações ao Óscar por suas atuações em Enemies: A Love Story (1989) e The Grifters (1990), de Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante e Melhor Atriz, respectivamente.
