Peter Wilton Cushing, (26 de maio de 1913 - 11 de agosto de 1994) foi um ator inglês, conhecido por suas muitas aparições na Hammer Films, na qual interpretou o Barão Frankenstein e o Dr. Van Helsing, entre muitos outros papéis, muitas vezes contracenando com Christopher Lee e ocasionalmente Vincent Price. Um rosto familiar em ambos os lados do Atlântico, seus papéis mais famosos fora de "Hammer Horror" incluem suas muitas aparições como Sherlock Holmes, como Grand Moff Tarkin em Star Wars (1977) e como o misterioso Doctor Who em Doctor Who e os Daleks e Daleks - Invasion Earth 2150 DC em 1965 e 1966.
