Paul Leonard Newman (Shaker Heights, 26 de janeiro de 1925 — Westport, 26 de setembro de 2008) foi um ator e diretor cinematográfico dos Estados Unidos. Um dos grandes símbolos sexuais dos anos 60. Fazendo menos filmes na década de 1990, e se dedicando mais à sua fábrica de molhos e condimentos, Newman's Own (com a qual ganhou mais dinheiro que no cinema, porém dedicou quase todo o lucro à caridade e à sua equipe de corridas), Paul reapareceu em grande estilo, já aos 77 anos, em "Estrada para Perdição", (2002), e foi novamente indicado ao Oscar, desta vez como ator coadjuvante.
