Benjamin 'Benny' Safdie (nascido em 24 de fevereiro de 1986) é um diretor, roteirista e ator americano, mais conhecido pelos thrillers ambientados em Nova York Good Time (2017) e Uncut Gems (2019). Junto com seu irmão e colaborador frequente Josh Safdie, eles são de ascendência judaico-síria e cresceram entre o pai europeu no Queens e a mãe nova-iorquina em Manhattan. Os irmãos começaram a fazer filmes quando eram crianças, inspirados pelo pai, entusiasta do cinema, que traduziu seu amor pelo cinema para Benny e seu irmão, filmando-os constantemente.
