Samuel Leroy Jackson (Washington, DC, 21 de dezembro de 1948) é um ator e produtor norte-americano. Alcançou a fama no início da década de 1990. Recebeu diversos prêmios por suas atuações cinematográficas, e atua em diversas mídias além de filmes, como séries de televisão, dublagem de videogames e etc. Samuel declarou que os filmes permitem-no "fazer coisas que via quando criança". Em 2002 irritou-se com a acusação de que o personagem Jar Jar Binks tinha conotação racista por conta do sotaque jamaicano.
