Biografia
Ang Lee (Chaozhou, 23 de outubro de 1954) é um cineasta, produtor e roteirista taiwanês radicado nos Estados Unidos. Ele ganhou o Oscar de Melhor Diretor por duas vezes, primeiro por O Segredo de Brokeback Mountain (2005) e mais recentemente por As Aventuras de Pi (2012), sendo a primeira pessoa de origem asiática a ganhar o Oscar de Melhor Diretor. Em 1997, dirige novo filme com elenco internacional, "Tempestade de Gelo". Em 2000, com "O Tigre e o Dragão" ganha dois Globos de Ouro e o diretor é ovacionado no Festival de Cannes. Neste último, "Brokeback Mountain" também ganhou o prêmio de Melhor Filme Dramático.
