Alicia Christian "Jodie" (Los Angeles, California, 19 de novembro de 1962) é uma atriz, diretora e produtora americana. Ela recebeu muitos prêmios, incluindo dois Oscars, três British Academy Film Awards, três Globos de Ouro e o prêmio honorário Cecil B. DeMille, entre muitos outros. Depois de frequentar a faculdade em Yale, Foster lutou para fazer a transição para papéis adultos até que ganhou a aclamação da crítica por interpretar uma sobrevivente de estupro no drama jurídico The Accused (1988), pelo qual ganhou o Oscar de Melhor Atriz. Ela ganhou seu segundo Oscar três anos depois pelo filme de terror psicológico O Silêncio dos Inocentes (1991).
